YAIR SHALEV

Hi Guys, As you know I, Yair Shalev love to travel and traveling is a main reason behind blog by Yair Shalev. One day I thought to share my travel experience with whole world so I joined blogging and I am sharing my travel experience from that day with all.

Tillicum Village is a Puget Sound area visitor attraction located on Blake Island just off the shore of Seattle, WA. It is believed that this attraction dates to the time period immediately preceding the 1962 Seattle World’s Fair. The Tillicum Village attraction features a scenic cruise from Seattle’s central waterfront aboard a passenger vessel operated by Argosy Cruises. Tillicum village is located on the northeastern shore of Blake Island, a Washington State Park accessible only by boat.

Yair Shalev Tillicum Village:

Welcome to Blog by Yair Shalev, Hopefully you are enjoying my blog stuff. In previous post, I explained Crown Center. Today blog entry by me, Yair Shalev deals with Sprint Center.

I visited Sprint Center once with my friend. Sprint Center is a large, multi-use indoor arena in downtown Kansas City, Missouri. The building is located at 14th Street and Grand Boulevard, on the east side of the Power & Light District. The arena’s naming rights partner is the telecommunications company Sprint, whose headquarters is in nearby Overland Park, Kansas.

Sprint Center opened to the public on October 10, 2007, and a concert by Elton John three days later was the first event held at the arena. The arena seats more than 19,000 people and has 72 suites. Sprint Center has effectively replaced Kemper Arena, which was built in 1974, just a few miles away in the southern portion of the West Bottoms. Additionally, the College Basketball Experience, which includes the National Collegiate Basketball Hall of Fame, is connected to and located directly north of Sprint Center.

Sprint Center has hosted the 2008 Big 12 Men’s Basketball Tournament. It also hosted the first and second rounds of the 2009 NCAA Men’s Tournament and 2013 NCAA Men’s Tournament, as well as the regional rounds of the 2010 NCAA Women’s Tournament. The arena also served as the home of the former Kansas City Command of the Arena Football League.

Yair Shalev Mariners:

It’s me Yair Shalev behind this blog as you know if you have read my already publish post. If you are new to my blog Let me introduce formally. My name is Yair Shalev and I live in Seattle, WA. I love this city. I am a big fan of Seattle Mariners.

Yair Shalev Mariners

The Seattle Mariners are a professional baseball team based in Seattle, Washington. I, Yair Shalev love this team. Enfranchised in 1977, the Mariners are a member of the Western Division of Major League Baseball’s American League. Safeco Field has been the Mariners’ home ballpark since July 1999. From their 1977 inception until June 1999, the club’s home park was the Kingdome before moving to Safeco Field. The “Mariners” name originates from the prominence of marine culture in the city of Seattle.

The organization did not field a winning team until 1991, and any real success eluded them until 1995 when they won their first division championship and defeated the New York Yankees in the American League Division Series. The game-winning hit in Game 5, in whichEdgar Martínez drove home Ken Griffey, Jr. to win the game in the 11th inning, clinched a series win for the Mariners, and has since become an iconic moment in team history.

Science City at Union Station is a family-friendly interactive science center that features acclaimed traveling exhibitions, Gottlieb Planetarium, City Extreme Screen theatre, and more than 120 hands-on displays. It is located inside Union Station at 30 West Pershing Road in Kansas City, Missouri. Science City was part of a renovation plan for Union Station after being closed for a short period of time when Trizec, a Canadian redevelopment firm had failed to redevelop the station. It opened in November 1999. Science City is where play and education go hand-in-hand providing some real hands-on fun.

Today I say farewell to one job.

I say farewell to the things that frustrated me and the people who made me laugh.

I say farewell richer in knowledge and friendships than when I began. I smile at the goodness of what I will take with me after today, most especially friendships with one of the two best managers I have ever had and the treasure who inspired this post.

I am smiling wider still at the prospect of all that is to come: a little extra time with my babies, whom I’ve barely gotten to see most my long days away, and steps toward fulfilling my own long term objectives that have very little to do with paychecks. I will be pinching pennies while relishing presence and prospects.

It feels amazing to follow my husband’s lead and, for once, take not the safe route but the right one.

I am not my work. Indeed, I feel poised to discover who exactly I am meant to be.

What uncertainty! What joy!

Writer Struggle | Yair shalev

I’m on the road in a rainstorm. The winds gust with all the volitility of a cat given too much attention. My driver is suspect in his abilities at best. It doesn’t help we’re in a cargo van filled to the top quite literally, making the rear view mirror a false comfort. In vest and tie, I sit here, on a full stomach and a little hard cider, with the understanding I must write. When I finish this, hopefully within the hour and a half it will take me to get home, I have NaNo writing to do.

I also need to do my dishes. Clothes should get put away. There is an amazing TV show on Netflix I really want to watch. Destiny won’t play itself. My back aches, my legs feel like metal rods were put in them (standing on concrete for hours on end gives a level of pain that’s difficult to simulate), and I have two presentations to ready for a major meeting on Wednesday. Then off to San Antonio Thursday through Sunday for a men’s church leader retreat. In 27 days I will still have 50,000 words. This is not arrogance, dreaming, or foolhardy passion, though I’ve plenty of all three. This is dedication to what I want to be, what I want to achieve, and where my goals are leading me.

These habits do not die with the end of November. I will write when I don’t want to. I will sacrifice video games. Sometimes I’ll sacrifice sleep or eating. Fortunately currently I’m never hungry from stress, so it’s not like I miss it. Some days the writing will be crap filling up plot holes, and I will hope when I go over it again, something nice grew. I will edit when I don’t feel like it and my inner voice is throwing a temper tantrum.

You have those days, too. Sometimes you give in. The house is miraculously clean. The children somehow were fed. An entire season of Supernatural was knocked off on Netflix. And sometimes you say, “Bad inner voice. Sit down, shut up, and let daddy get to work.” Or mommy, or your real name, perhaps creator of worlds is the preferred moniker. I’m not here to judge if you’re not.

What I’m trying to say is this cannot end on December first. There are disciplines being formed right now, and while you don’t have to write at the pace you currently are, you should be writing daily. You should be writing something, no matter what it is. Maybe tomorrow all that happens is you write in your journal. Perhaps Thursday you get out your blog. Friday you spit out 200 words for your novel, curl up with your stuffed animal named Blackie, and wonder why anyone would read what you just wrote. Blackie is a 25 year old Pound Puppy. Remember, this is a no judging zone.

The point is, every day you work on your resolve, no matter how little, is another day it’ll be easier tomorrow. Tomorrow you will hammer out 2,000 words and you won’t feel like vomiting. You will flesh out a character, step back, and lose your breath because it’s almost like you created someone real. Your mind will buzz from a plot which is becoming epic and giving you chills.

Don’t give up. If you’re serious about writing, and I do acknowledge and respect the hobbyist in it for the 30 day thrill, do not lose these persistent habits when December hits, even if you cut back a little. Write like a demon. Edit like a grammar teacher. Be passionate as a high schooler on prom night.

Yair Shalev Seahawks

My name is Yair Shalev and I am a huge fan of the Seattle Seahawks. Led by second-year quarterback Russell Wilson, who went to the University of Wisconsin and by Marshawn Lynch, who went to the University of California, Berkeley, the Seahawks are a formidale team with a devastating defense. I go to most of the home games and enjoy being part of the 12th man.

I even have a jersey with my name on the back, “Yair Shalev“.

Check back on my blog after every Sunday to see my thoughts on the latest Seahawks game.

Thanks for visiting this blog by Yair Shalev.
